Question 1

Do you deliver to hospitals, colleges, and funeral homes in Valdosta?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the sprawling regional medical campuses and the university housing offices throughout the city. At checkout, you must provide the specific wing, floor, or dorm name to ensure the courier finds the correct desk. These details are necessary because many local institutional facilities have multiple restricted-access entrances and central mailrooms.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a local driver to accommodate the city’s mix of open residential streets and gated suburban developments. If the destination is a secured building or a gated community, please include the gate code or entry instructions in your order. This allows the driver to reach the front door directly rather than leaving the arrangement at a perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure, shaded area on a porch or with a neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value to keep the arrangement full. Including the recipient's phone number is the best way to avoid failed deliveries at properties with long private driveways or locked gates.
