Question 1

How does delivery work for local medical facilities and businesses?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main reception desks of the regional medical center and the senior care facilities located near the town square. Please provide the recipient’s room number or department name at checkout so the staff can direct us to the correct wing. For businesses around the square, we use the primary street-level entrance.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the detached homes and residential porches common throughout town. For deliveries to properties on the outskirts with long driveways, please include any specific gate instructions or house colors to help us identify the correct entrance. This prevents delays caused by the spread-out layout of the rural residential lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available when you arrive?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a residential address, we will leave the flowers in a protected area on the porch or with a neighbor. For homes located on the more open, rural roads outside the town center, we use the recipient’s phone number to confirm they are home before the driver departs. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar bloom that maintains the same size and color profile.
