Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local offices and medical facilities in Union?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central court offices and professional buildings require a specific room or department number for the driver to navigate security checkpoints. For medical suites, include a direct contact name to ensure the driver reaches the correct wing or floor. These details are necessary because many of these buildings have multiple public and private entrances.

Question 2

How will my order be delivered within Union?

Accepted Answer

Orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of tightly packed central streets and the more spread-out residential properties on the outskirts. If the property is located on a multi-acre lot or within an industrial park, include instructions for long driveways or specific loading dock entries. Providing these access details prevents delays caused by difficult-to-locate entrances on larger parcels of land.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will seek a secure drop-off spot such as a covered porch or a side door away from the street. For the multi-unit residential buildings near the town center, please specify if the order can be left in a common foyer or with a building attendant. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to keep the arrangement at the same size and color profile.
