Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices and gated communities in Tustin?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to large medical plazas and gated apartment complexes requires a specific suite or building number at checkout. Tustin’s layout includes many multi-tenant office parks and secured residential communities where drivers need precise gate codes to move past security checkpoints. These details prevent delays when navigating large parking structures or restricted-access properties.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. In suburban residential areas, the driver leaves the flowers at the front entrance. For high-density apartment buildings and locked office suites, providing an entry code or floor number allows the driver to bypass electronic security systems.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access the delivery location?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured building or gated residence, the driver calls the phone number provided to arrange a safe drop-off. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of the same size and value. Accurate contact information and gate codes are the most effective way to prevent failed deliveries at private complexes.
