Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, medical clinics, or secured residential properties?

Accepted Answer

Provide any gate codes or specific building letters at checkout for properties set back from the main road. These details are required because many local addresses use long, private driveways that are difficult to identify from the thoroughfare. Accurate entry information helps the driver reach the front door of the specific residence or small professional office.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered across the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the spread-out suburban and rural layout of the area. Because many homes sit on large lots with long gravel drives, drivers do not use boxed shipping methods that leave packages at the roadside. Providing a description of the house color or a unique mailbox helps drivers locate properties where signage is obscured by trees.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will seek a shaded spot on the porch away from the view of the open road. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of the same color and value to maintain the design. Including the recipient’s mobile number helps drivers resolve access issues if they encounter a locked perimeter gate or a long private drive.
