Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Timbo?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to local clinics or community buildings, you must provide the specific suite number or department name at checkout. Because many properties in this area share long access roads or sit on large acreage, include any gate codes or building identifiers. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct entrance on properties with multiple structures.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential addresses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the winding gravel drives and hilly terrain of this region. If the home is set back from the main road and not visible from the mailbox, please provide specific instructions on how to identify the driveway. This prevents delays caused by missing or obscured house numbers on rural routes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered area protected from the wind common on these open ridges. If a specific flower is out of stock, a designer will use a similar flower that maintains the original size and shape of the arrangement. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver verify the location if the property lacks clear roadside numbering.
