Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to gated communities, medical centers, or office parks?

Accepted Answer

Many delivery locations in this city are situated within large medical campuses or behind residential security gates. At checkout, enter the building letter, suite number, or gate entry code to ensure the driver reaches the exact destination. These details are required to navigate the city's sprawling professional layouts and restricted-access residential streets.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home or office?

Accepted Answer

Orders are hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door rather than being sent in a shipping box. Because the area contains many homes with long driveways and large-scale business parks, a recipient phone number is necessary. This ensures the driver can coordinate access for gated properties or find the correct entrance among multiple office buildings.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the arrangement in a shaded area out of view from the street. If a specific flower is not available, we substitute a similar bloom of the same value to maintain the design. Including a gate code or a secondary phone number reduces the risk of a failed delivery at the city's many secured residential gates and multi-building corporate sites.
