Question 1

How does delivery work for local healthcare centers, senior living complexes, or multi-family residential buildings?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to senior living complexes or multi-family houses, include the specific unit or apartment number at checkout. Many residential streets off the main road are narrow, so noting if the building has a shared entrance helps us find the right door. This information ensures the driver can access secured foyers or vestibules without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes located on the hills or the main thoroughfare?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door instead of shipped in boxes. Since many homes sit on steep hills or along the high-traffic main road, let us know if there is a preferred side entrance or porch for drop-offs. Details about shared driveways or rear parking areas help the driver find properties that are set back from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we look for a secure spot like a side porch for homes located on the busy central thoroughfare. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety that keeps the same appearance and value. Providing a gate code or a secondary contact number helps avoid issues at secluded properties on the outskirts of town.
