Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to multi-unit residential lots and professional buildings in Temple City?

Accepted Answer

Many residential properties in this city feature secondary dwellings or rear houses on a single lot, so please specify if the delivery is for a front or back unit. For professional offices along the main commercial corridors, include the suite number and any specific floor access instructions. Providing a gate code for properties with secured driveway entries ensures the driver can reach the door.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to maintain the arrangement's shape and stability during transit. Because many residential streets here have deep setbacks and long driveways, drivers walk the flowers directly to the front door or porch. For businesses with limited street parking, we often use rear-alley access points to complete the delivery.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the flowers in a shaded area protected from the street, such as a covered porch or behind a low garden wall. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value to keep the same style. Including the recipient's phone number helps our drivers manage deliveries to homes with locked front gates or restricted courtyard access.
