Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the local medical campus and downtown businesses?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the multi-building medical campus, provide the specific wing and room number to ensure the order reaches the correct nursing station. In the historic downtown area, specify if the entrance is located on the main street or through a rear alley access. These details are necessary to navigate the steep terrain between campus buildings and the limited parking near storefronts.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the steep, winding private drives and gravel roads found throughout the surrounding hills. Provide gate codes or specific instructions if the residence is set back significantly from the main road or is not visible from the street. This ensures the driver can reach the front door rather than leaving the order at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement on a porch area protected from the wind common to mountain properties. If a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries to remote cabins or homes with unclear house numbering.
