Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, clinics, and residential areas in Sweet Springs?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical clinics and community facilities require specific suite numbers and department names to ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance. For residential properties transitioning into larger rural acreages, please include details about property markers or gate access at checkout. These details prevent drivers from missing addresses that are set back significantly from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and what access details are needed for this city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to handle the varied terrain of paved town streets and unpaved rural routes. For homes in the central residential blocks, flowers are left in sheltered spots, while deliveries to outlying farmsteads require clear gate instructions. Providing a recipient phone number ensures the driver can confirm someone is home before navigating long, private driveways.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available to receive the flowers and there is no protected area, the driver will contact the recipient to arrange a safe drop-off location. When specific flowers are not available, we substitute with blooms of equal value that match the intended style. Providing a neighbor's contact information helps reduce failed attempts for properties located on isolated rural roads where cell signals may be weak.
