Question 1

Do you deliver to university buildings, medical facilities, and administrative offices in Starkville?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the university campus requires the specific building name and a recipient phone number to navigate restricted internal access roads. For student housing or research facilities, you must provide the apartment number or office suite at checkout. These details ensure the driver reaches the specific desk or door rather than a general mailroom.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the Starkville layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by drivers familiar with the transition from the dense campus core to the surrounding residential streets. This method is used because many local apartment complexes use electronic gate codes or have restricted entry points. Providing gate codes or building access instructions at checkout prevents delays caused by secured perimeters.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is in class or away from their office, the driver will call them to find a secure location for the delivery. If a specific flower is not available, we substitute it with a bloom of the same color and value to maintain the design. Including a direct mobile number for the recipient is the most effective way to avoid a failed delivery in a busy campus environment.
