Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of properties in South Dayton?

Accepted Answer

For residences within the village, we deliver directly to front doors or side porches of single-family and converted multi-family homes. When sending to a funeral home or small medical clinic, you must provide the specific room number or the name of the department. These details are necessary to navigate buildings that lack a central reception desk or shared mailroom.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the different residential layouts in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of village street-front homes and outlying properties with long gravel drives. Our drivers use your specific entry instructions to locate the correct porch or side door among the older, multi-entrance houses common to the area. Providing clear descriptions of house colors or driveway markers helps ensure the driver identifies the correct property on rural routes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers in a shaded, protected area on the porch and contact the recipient. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value to maintain the arrangement’s appearance. Accurate recipient phone numbers and notes about whether a house is set back from the road help prevent failed delivery attempts.
