Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical and institutional campuses in Sleepy Hollow?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the village’s sprawling medical complexes and multi-wing institutions, you must provide the specific building letter, floor, and room number. Our drivers use designated service entrances to navigate these large properties and reach the correct internal reception desk. These details prevent the driver from being rerouted by campus security or stuck at the main gate.

Question 2

How does the village layout affect the way my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the narrow, winding streets and steep hillside driveways common in Sleepy Hollow. If the destination is an apartment building with a buzzer system or a gated residential community, please include the access code at checkout. This ensures the driver can find legal parking and bring the arrangement directly to the door rather than leaving it on a public sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

For homes located directly on public sidewalks with no porch, we require a neighbor's address to leave the order safely if the recipient is out. In secured buildings, we will leave the arrangement with the concierge or at the front desk if permitted. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of the same size to ensure the arrangement still fits on standard village entry tables.
