Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses in Shelbina?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the front desks of street-level offices and the specific wings of the local care center. You must provide the room number or department name at checkout to ensure the driver can navigate these single-story layouts. This information is required for the administrative staff to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the open residential porches and storefronts characteristic of this town. Our drivers navigate the central grid and outlying residential streets to place items directly at the primary entrance. Providing specific instructions for screened-in porches or side entries helps avoid delays at properties with non-traditional layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the arrangement in a shaded area on the porch or with a neighbor in an adjacent house. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color palette. A recipient phone number is necessary to help our drivers locate addresses with long driveways or properties on the edge of town.
