Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the medical centers and funeral homes in Seneca?

Accepted Answer

For the community hospital and residential care centers, we deliver to the central nursing station or front reception desk. At the chapels and funeral homes, we coordinate with the directors to place arrangements before the first scheduled viewing. Provide the room number for patients or the name of the deceased for chapel services at checkout.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by a person?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door and never shipped in a cardboard box. In our residential areas with open lawns and deep porches, we deliver to the primary entrance. For the large manufacturing plants on the outskirts of town, provide the specific office entrance or gate number to ensure the person is reached.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a protected area on a covered porch. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of the same color and value. Including a recipient phone number helps us coordinate access for deliveries to industrial sites and secured medical wings.
