Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the hospitality corridor near the airport require a room or suite number at checkout. Front desks at these large hotels and transit-adjacent offices serve as the primary drop-off point for guests and staff. Including the specific department or tower name ensures the florist finds the correct entrance in these multi-building properties.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and how does the city’s layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to navigate the city’s busy hotel loading zones and multi-story residential layouts. Drivers use designated short-term parking to bring arrangements directly into lobby areas or to building security desks. Providing a gate code or floor number at checkout helps the driver access secured residential buildings without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured apartment or hotel is unavailable, the driver leaves the flowers with the front desk or concierge. If a specific flower is out of stock, the florist replaces it with a similar variety that matches the original size and shape. Sharing the recipient’s mobile number allows the driver to clear access through gated residential entries or building security checkpoints.
