Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of addresses in Scotts Valley?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries reach both the low-rise corporate campuses along the main corridor and residential properties located on the surrounding sloped terrain. You must provide a suite number for office complexes or a gate code for private hillside driveways at checkout. These details ensure the driver can access the property without stopping at a locked perimeter.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand, and how does the city layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of corporate plazas and steep residential driveways. This method prevents the issues boxed shipping faces on the narrow, winding roads found in the wooded areas of the city. Providing a specific door location or desk instruction helps the driver navigate these non-standard property layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable, the driver looks for a secure area out of view from the road or uses a comparable fresh substitute. Including a secondary phone number and a description of the house's visibility from the street reduces failed attempts. This information is critical for homes located on shared private roads or within multi-tenant business complexes.
