Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to local medical facilities and funeral homes in Scott City?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the medical campus or funeral homes require a specific room number or chapel name at checkout. These facilities are low-rise buildings with multiple public entrances, so identifying the correct wing ensures the driver reaches the proper desk. For businesses in the central commercial district, include a suite or department name to help the driver navigate shared office entries.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the door to accommodate the wide residential streets and single-family home layouts of this city. We do not use cardboard shipping boxes or mail carriers. Providing details about porch access or fenced yards helps the driver complete the delivery at properties that are set back from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a sheltered area on the porch or with a neighbor to account for the open terrain of local residential lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of the same color and value to maintain the design. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm the drop-off at homes with side-entry garages or long driveways.
