Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the local medical campus or gated residential communities?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the regional medical campus require a specific building wing and room number to navigate the multi-facility layout. For gated residential developments surrounding the city center, you must provide a gate access code or the name of the resident as it appears on the security call box. These details allow the driver to bypass security checkpoints and reach the correct desk or front door.

Question 2

Are flowers shipped in a box or delivered by hand across the city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the mix of high-density historic streets and sprawling suburban estates. In the historic district where curbside parking is limited, we walk orders directly to the entrance to ensure the gift is received. Providing a secondary phone number helps us coordinate access if the recipient is in a secured office building or a private community.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable in a gated community, we attempt to leave the gift with a neighbor or at a staffed gatehouse if the property allows. For apartment buildings with central mailrooms, we prioritize indoor placement to keep the gift secure. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a variety of equal value that matches the original color and size to ensure the design remains consistent.
