Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in San Ramon?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to corporate office towers, medical campuses, and gated residential streets. For office deliveries, you must enter the suite number and company name to ensure the courier can access the correct floor. For gated communities, provide the gate entry code in the delivery instructions so the driver can reach the front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a courier rather than shipped in a box. This allows for direct delivery to reception desks in large corporate parks and front doors in suburban residential layouts. Providing a recipient phone number helps the courier coordinate access if they encounter a locked lobby or a secured gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not present at a gated residence or a secured office building, the courier will leave the arrangement with the building’s concierge or at the front door if the area is safe. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value to keep the arrangement full. Accurate gate codes and suite numbers are the most important details for preventing failed deliveries in this city.
