Question 1

How does delivery work for the city’s medical centers and secured government sites?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the regional medical complexes require a specific building wing and room number at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct nurse's station. For the local secured military facility, you must provide the recipient’s building number and a direct phone number for gate coordination. These details are necessary to navigate the large, restricted-access campuses found throughout the city.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s different residential and business layouts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they remain upright while traveling between the dense downtown blocks and the sprawling residential ranch estates. For downtown offices where street parking is limited, please include a suite number or department name. For suburban homes with gated driveways or keypad entries, providing the access code at checkout prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home in a residential neighborhood, the driver will leave the item with a neighbor or in a secure porch area. At secured apartment complexes without a lobby attendant, we require a gate code or a working phone number to prevent the driver from being locked out. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same color and style.
