Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Saint Marys?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large private campus or shared residential halls, you must provide the building name and room number at checkout. Standard street addresses are used for the residential grid, but you should note if the property has a gated driveway or multiple units. These details allow the driver to navigate the mix of open street-front homes and secured institutional buildings.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the layout of the city?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered by a driver who moves between the central residential blocks and the outlying rural properties. Because many local homes feature deep porches or side entrances, specifying a preferred drop-off point prevents delays. For deliveries to administrative buildings, indicate if the driver should use the main entrance or a specific staff delivery dock.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a residential house, the driver places the flowers in a shaded area and leaves a notification. For campus or office buildings, the arrangement is left with the front desk or mailroom staff. Including the recipient's local phone number allows the driver to clarify gate codes or building access if the primary entrance is locked.
