Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the medical campuses and secured residential buildings in Saint Charles?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the professional medical office clusters and controlled-access apartment complexes throughout this planned community. For office buildings, provide the specific suite and floor number so the driver can navigate the multi-tenant corridors. For secured residential buildings, include the entry code or lobby instructions to ensure the driver can reach the front desk or mailroom.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to the different types of homes and layouts here?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of winding residential streets and high-density townhome clusters. Drivers navigate these suburban layouts to bring flowers directly to the front door or the main office of multi-unit properties. Providing specific unit instructions helps the driver find the correct entrance in rows of similar townhome designs where street parking is limited.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a home or office?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers at the porch of single-family homes or with the reception desk in professional office zones. When a specific flower is out of stock, we select a similar bloom that maintains the color and style of the arrangement. Accurate contact information helps us resolve access issues at gated townhome entries or secured professional buildings without delay.
