Question 1

How are deliveries handled at the secured administrative offices and funeral homes in Rustburg?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the county administrative buildings and court offices require a specific department and room number at checkout. For funeral homes, provide the full name of the deceased to ensure the driver identifies the correct service area. These details allow the driver to navigate security protocols and multi-building campuses.

Question 2

How does the local residential layout affect the delivery of my flowers?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door and are never shipped in boxes. Many properties in this area have long driveways or are set back from the road, so include gate codes or specific house descriptions in your order. This information ensures the driver can access the residence rather than leaving the arrangement at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will place the arrangement in a sheltered porch area or call for instructions. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value in the same color palette. Providing a recipient phone number reduces failed deliveries for homes that are not clearly visible from the main street.
