Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and gated buildings in Roswell?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical campuses and gated residential subdivisions require a building wing, suite number, or gate entry code at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate security checkpoints and large professional complexes efficiently. Specific room numbers are necessary for the multi-building medical centers located near the city’s main corridors.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s variety of narrow historic district entrances and deep, wooded residential lots. Provide specific notes if the home is set back significantly from the street or uses a shared private driveway. This ensures the driver finds the correct porch in areas where house numbers are obscured by dense tree cover.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a gated property or secured office building, the driver will try to leave the flowers with a neighbor or a front desk attendant. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues at locked community gates or building lobbies. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety that matches the original color and scale.
