Question 1

How does flower delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Roseville?

Accepted Answer

Roseville contains many multi-story medical office buildings and corporate campuses with centralized reception desks. For these locations, you must provide the suite number and the specific department name at checkout. This ensures the delivery reaches the correct desk in buildings with multiple tenant entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the combination of open residential porches and secured apartment lobbies found throughout the city. If the building requires a keycard or has a buzz-in system, include these access details in your order. This allows us to reach the interior desk or unit door without waiting for entry.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is unavailable, we look for a protected porch area or leave the item with a building manager in secured complexes. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number helps us resolve access issues at gated residential areas or large office parks.
