Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various residential and professional buildings in Rosemount?

Accepted Answer

Rosemount contains many multi-unit townhome developments and newer apartment complexes that use keypad-controlled gates or shared entry lobbies. At checkout, you must provide the specific gate code or building name to ensure the driver can reach the front desk or the unit door. These details prevent the delivery from being held at a perimeter security point.

Question 2

What delivery method is used to navigate the different property layouts in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the deep setbacks and long driveways found in this city's residential streets. Drivers navigate the winding suburban roads to place the arrangement directly at the front door or with a designated building attendant. Providing a specific porch location or side-door instruction helps the driver find the correct entrance on large residential plots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered spot on the porch or leave the arrangement with a neighbor in clustered townhome communities. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value to maintain the arrangement's dimensions and style. Including the recipient’s mobile phone number allows the driver to confirm a safe drop-off location if the main property entrance is restricted.
