Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Rosedale?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to large medical campuses and professional office parks require specific building names and suite numbers to locate the correct reception desk. For residential townhome clusters, provide the unit number and any security codes needed for gate entry. These details ensure the driver navigates sprawling professional complexes and restricted residential layouts correctly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of busy commercial corridors and narrow residential streets. For deliveries to townhomes or apartments with limited street parking, specify if there is a side entrance or a designated delivery zone. This information helps the driver find a safe place to pull over and complete the delivery without blocking traffic.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a residence, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure area or leave a notice if the entryway is open to the sidewalk. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to match the original style. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve entry issues at gated complexes or secured professional buildings.
