Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large medical centers and downtown offices?

Accepted Answer

For the multi-wing medical campus on the east side, please provide the specific department or floor number at checkout. For downtown businesses with residential units located above them, include the entry code or suite number. These details allow us to navigate the varied entrance points found across the city's central and medical districts.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for residential and campus housing?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's mix of deep front porches and secured student housing. For deliveries to the local college campuses, you must provide the specific residence hall name and the recipient’s phone number. This ensures we can complete the delivery even if the building requires card access to enter the lobby.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a home or secured building?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a house, we place the arrangement on the porch in a spot not visible from the main road. For secured apartment complexes or gated industrial sites, we use the provided phone number to coordinate a hand-off at the entrance. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and style.
