Question 1

How do you coordinate deliveries to medical offices and funeral homes in Richlands?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front desk of medical offices and coordinate directly with the director for services at local funeral homes. For residential orders in new subdivisions, you must enter the full street suffix at checkout to distinguish between similar road names. This information helps the driver navigate the specific transition from the town center to surrounding rural routes.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by a person?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to accommodate the local suburban and rural layout. Since many homes sit on large lots with long driveways, please provide instructions if the house is not visible from the street. Including a gate code for private residential entries ensures the driver can access the porch.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is unavailable or a certain flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a protected area on the porch because the distance between properties often prevents leaving items with neighbors. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that preserves the design. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent a failed delivery at gated properties or long private drives.
