Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to businesses and homes in Remington?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries here focus on street-level storefronts and single-family homes instead of high-rise offices or large medical campuses. You must enter the exact house number and street name at checkout for properties located outside the central village grid. These details are required so the driver can identify the correct driveway on long stretches of rural road.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to accommodate the local layout of small streets and large open lots. Many properties in this area have long driveways or gates that are set back from the main road. Including specific gate codes or driveway descriptions helps the driver reach the front door without delays.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

The driver will leave the arrangement in a secure location on the porch or at the front door if the recipient is unavailable. If a specific flower is not in stock, a florist will use a replacement of equal or higher value. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries to properties where house numbers are not visible from the street.
