Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and care facilities in this city?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries reach residential homes and the low-rise professional offices located throughout the town’s grid. For senior living centers, provide the specific wing or room number so the driver can check in at the main entrance. This information ensures the staff can correctly route the flowers in these multi-unit residential buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local homes?

Accepted Answer

A driver hand-delivers each arrangement, navigating the town's residential streets and detached single-family lots. Most homes here have open-access porches or side entries where items are placed. Identifying a preferred entrance helps the driver when a property has both a street-facing door and a driveway-facing side door.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a shaded porch or leaves the item with a neighbor on these residential blocks. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom is used to maintain the arrangement's look. Providing a phone number helps the driver locate the correct door on properties with long driveways or detached garages.
