Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large corporate campuses and medical complexes in Redmond?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific building number, floor, and department name at checkout because couriers are restricted to central reception areas or mailrooms. These details allow the courier to navigate secured perimeters and deliver to the correct authorized desk. We do not deliver directly to individual desks or patient rooms in these high-security environments.

Question 2

Are flowers shipped in a box or delivered by hand to residential and office buildings?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of multi-story apartment buildings and detached suburban houses. Couriers walk the flowers to the front door or lobby desk to ensure they are received without being left in a shipping container. Include any keypad codes or entry instructions for gated properties to prevent the courier from being locked out.

Question 3

What happens if the courier cannot access a secured building or the recipient is not available?

Accepted Answer

If a residential recipient is unavailable, the courier identifies a secure spot on the property out of view from the street. For secured office towers or apartments, the delivery is left with the building concierge or designated receiving department. Providing the recipient’s phone number allows the courier to resolve access issues if a security gate or lobby door is restricted.
