Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Redfield?

Accepted Answer

For residences on the town grid or the small business district, provide the street number and any specific door instructions. For properties on the outskirts where paved streets transition to gravel, include details about house visibility from the roadway. This ensures the delivery person identifies the correct entrance on these larger, open-access lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this town?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. In this low-density layout, we carry the flowers directly to the front porch or the main entrance of the building. Sharing details about front fences or porch access helps us place the order in a visible and secure location.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver leaves the arrangement in a protected area like a covered porch or with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we provide a substitute of equal value that matches the shape and color of the original. Including a secondary phone number or a specific drop-off spot helps avoid failed deliveries to isolated homes or properties with long driveways.
