Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical centers and senior care facilities in Randallstown?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception or designated receiving desks of these large-scale medical and rehabilitation campuses. You must provide the recipient's room number and the specific wing or building name during checkout. These details help the courier navigate the multiple entrances and internal security checkpoints common to these healthcare properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes and apartment complexes in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to single-family homes and garden-style apartment units rather than being shipped in boxes. For multi-building residential complexes, include the specific building letter and floor number to help the driver find the correct unit in shared parking areas. Providing an access code for gated properties prevents the driver from being blocked at the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or a medical facility?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at a private home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a safe area by the front door. At healthcare facilities, flowers are left with the front desk staff who manage deliveries to individual patient rooms. Including a phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues at secured residential buildings.
