Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Queensbury?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the city's spread-out medical complexes and professional parks requires a specific wing, suite, or department name at checkout. Because these facilities often feature multiple separate entrances and large parking areas, this detail ensures the driver reaches the correct reception desk. Providing the exact building number is necessary for navigation within these expansive multi-unit developments.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the local residential layout where homes are often set far back from the main road on long driveways. This method ensures the flowers are placed directly at the door rather than left at a roadside mailbox. Including specific instructions for properties with gated entrances or hidden driveways helps avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not available at a secured office suite or gated community, the driver will use the provided contact number to coordinate a safe drop-off with security or neighbors. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient is the most effective way to manage access to restricted-entry buildings. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the original color and shape of the arrangement.
