Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices and the school campus in Pottsville?

Accepted Answer

Provide the building name or department for deliveries to the school campus or the professional offices near the highway. This helps our drivers find the correct entrance among the spread-out administrative buildings and large parking lots. These details prevent the driver from needing to search for the recipient in multi-building complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with long driveways or rural roads?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to manage the mix of town streets and residential properties with long, gravel driveways. We do not use boxed shipping because many homes are set far back from the main road. Include any gate codes or note if the house number is only visible on a mailbox at the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the house is hard to find?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, we leave the arrangement in a shaded spot on the porch to protect it from the sun on these open lots. For homes on winding roads where the house is hidden from the street, describe the mailbox or a specific marker at the driveway entrance. If a flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom that matches the original size.
