Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices, medical centers, and residential properties?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of the waterfront administrative buildings and the public entrances of the medical campuses. For these locations, you must enter the specific department or suite number at checkout to ensure the courier finds the right desk. In residential areas with long, wooded driveways, providing a gate code is necessary for the driver to reach the front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different layouts of this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to safely navigate the city’s steep hills and winding roads. Since many properties are hidden from the main street or have mailboxes located far from the house, a recipient phone number helps us confirm the exact drop-off point. This direct approach ensures the flowers are placed at the entry of the home, even on properties with limited street visibility.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, we look for a delivery spot sheltered from the high winds and rain common to our hillside environment. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar bloom of equal value that preserves the style of the arrangement. Providing a secondary phone number or specific instructions for properties with restricted access helps us avoid a failed delivery.
