Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or healthcare facilities?

Accepted Answer

This city consists primarily of residential streets and small professional buildings rather than large medical campuses or high-rise towers. For deliveries to small clinics or places of worship, please provide the specific suite number or entry door. This ensures the driver finds the correct office in locations where multiple small businesses share a single parking lot.

Question 2

How does the city’s layout affect the way my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and many long driveways found throughout this peninsula. Include gate codes for private waterfront drives and mention if the house is set far back from the main road. These details allow the driver to bring the arrangement directly to the door instead of leaving it at a distant mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot reach the recipient or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the gift in a protected area by the front door or porch. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a recipient phone number is helpful for navigating long private lanes or verifying access to homes located on dead-end coastal streets.
