Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers and office buildings in Petaluma?

Accepted Answer

For large medical campuses and multi-tenant office buildings, we require the specific floor and suite number at checkout. Many of these locations have secured lobbies or shared entrances that require a precise destination for our drivers to gain entry. Providing the recipient’s direct phone number allows us to coordinate with front-desk staff or use building intercom systems.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the mix of commercial storefronts with limited street parking and residential properties with deep setbacks. Drivers walk orders directly to the door or reception desk to ensure they are not left on public walkways. Including gate codes or instructions for properties with long driveways helps our drivers avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a secure location on the porch and notify the resident. For properties with locked perimeter gates or no safe drop-off point, we call the recipient to find an alternative entry method. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same height and width.
