Question 1

How does delivery work for different locations in Panama?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, local churches, and small offices. Because many buildings are set far back from the road with long driveways, please provide the building color and specific entrance instructions at checkout. This ensures we locate the correct property where mailboxes are grouped together at the street.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout. Since homes here feature open porches or side doors rather than secured lobbies, specify your preferred drop-off point during checkout. Providing details about driveway access or gate codes helps us reach the door without delay.

Question 3

What occurs if there is a delivery issue or a flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we place the flowers in a sheltered porch area or call the recipient if the property is gated. A phone number is required because the distance between rural homes makes leaving items with neighbors difficult. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and shape.
