Question 1

Do you deliver to local offices and funeral homes in Oxford?

Accepted Answer

Most professional buildings here have street-level entrances and designated reception areas. At checkout, provide the specific suite number or the name of the viewing room to ensure the driver enters the correct side of the building. This prevents delays in buildings where multiple entrances face the central town square.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in boxes. Because many homes here have open front porches and lack gated entry, drivers can place items directly at the primary entrance. Including notes about side-door preferences or hidden porch areas helps keep the arrangement out of direct view from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the arrangement on the porch and contact the recipient via the phone number provided at checkout. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's size. Providing a secondary phone number for a neighbor is helpful for residences where the front door is positioned close to the sidewalk.
