Question 1

Can you deliver to the medical campuses and secured state facilities in this area?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the security desks of the large state-run facilities and the main reception areas of multi-building medical complexes. You must provide the building number, floor, and department name at checkout to ensure the driver follows the specific check-in protocols for these campuses. These details allow us to navigate the restricted access points and transfer your order to the authorized staff.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes on the steep or narrow streets of this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to account for the winding roads and steep driveways common in the residential areas overlooking the river. For the numerous garden apartment complexes, please include the building letter and any entry codes for secured lobby doors. This direct handling prevents the order from being left at distant communal mailboxes or exposed on narrow sidewalks.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a neighbor to accept the delivery because many older homes in the village lack covered porches for protection. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a variety of equal value that maintains the same look. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues at locked multi-family buildings quickly.
