Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices, the university campus, or the regional medical center?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the university campus, enter the specific residence hall name and room number at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct building entry. If you are sending to a business on the historic town square, please specify if the recipient is in a street-level shop or a second-floor apartment. Providing a direct extension or department name is necessary for the driver to navigate the administrative offices at the medical center or local manufacturing plants.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the recipient to ensure they arrive in good condition. In residential areas with open porches, drivers place the flowers in a visible spot if no one is home. For buildings around the central square where street parking is limited, providing a recipient phone number helps the driver coordinate a smooth hand-off at the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver will leave a note and may leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a secure area on the property. When sending to the large industrial sites on the edge of the city, providing a specific gate number or reception desk location reduces the chance of a failed delivery. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal or higher value to maintain the style of the bouquet.
