Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large campuses and medical complexes in Oneonta?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name, wing, and room or office number at checkout. This information allows the delivery person to use the correct campus service road or designated entrance for staff and patients. Precise department details prevent the order from being held at a general reception desk or mailroom.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered given the city's steep terrain and narrow streets?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to manage the steep inclines and narrow residential streets common to the hillside areas of the city. Specify if the property has a shared driveway or a specific side-door entrance to ensure the delivery person can safely access the porch. These details prevent delays caused by limited street parking or difficult foot access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a hillside home or secured building?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a sheltered spot such as the enclosed porches typical of local residential architecture. For deliveries to secured campus housing, providing a recipient's phone number allows us to coordinate a hand-off at a designated entry point. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a bloom of equal value that matches the design.
