Question 1

How are deliveries managed for gated residential areas and professional office buildings?

Accepted Answer

For gated communities, provide the gate code or ensure the recipient has registered the delivery at the security kiosk. When sending to professional office parks, include the suite number and department so the driver can navigate past the main reception. These details are required to move through secured entry points and reach the specific recipient.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what access information is needed?

Accepted Answer

Your flowers are hand-delivered to the door and are never shipped in a box. In townhome complexes with dense layouts and limited visitor parking, providing a unit number and parking tips helps the driver find the residence. This prevents the arrangement from being left at a central mail hub or shared lobby.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver will look for a screened porch or shaded entryway to protect the flowers from exposure. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar stem of equal value that keeps the same color palette. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to call if they are blocked by a locked gate or security door.
