Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various office complexes and medical offices in North Syracuse?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to multi-tenant professional buildings and medical suites, you must provide the building number, floor, and suite. These commercial sites often require us to leave items at a central reception desk or with a security officer. Providing the recipient's direct extension ensures the office staff can notify them immediately upon our arrival.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by a person?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a person directly to the residential porch or the business entrance. Our drivers navigate the mix of private suburban driveways and shared commercial parking lots to reach the specific door requested. Providing a gate code for secured residential communities prevents the driver from being held up at the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

For residential deliveries with open porch access, we will leave the arrangement in a safe spot if the recipient is unavailable. At the multi-story professional buildings common in this area, we leave the flowers with the front desk or mailroom staff. Including a secondary phone number helps us resolve access issues at secured building entrances or gated property perimeters.
