Question 1

Can I send flowers to the medical campuses and office towers in North Decatur?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to high-density medical centers and professional towers requires a building name, wing, and suite number. Drivers navigate these multi-entrance complexes and require a contact for the reception desk or secure floor access. Providing the recipient’s phone number and specific department ensures the arrangement reaches the correct floor.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and professional addresses in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door. For homes in gated communities or secured apartment buildings, provide the gate code or lobby instructions at checkout. This allows drivers to park and enter without waiting for external access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at their home or office?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a medical center or office is unavailable, we leave the flowers with the floor reception or concierge. At residential addresses, we call the recipient to coordinate a safe drop-off location away from public sidewalks. Including a secondary phone number and a specific gate or suite code prevents failed delivery attempts.
