Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office campuses and industrial parks in Norcross?

Accepted Answer

Many deliveries in this city go to sprawling corporate campuses and multi-building industrial parks where the main entrance is not always the recipient’s desk. You must provide the building letter, floor, and suite number at checkout. This ensures the delivery person can navigate through security checkpoints or central mailrooms to find the correct department.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the mix of high-density apartment complexes and gated suburban streets. You must include any necessary gate codes or building entry instructions during checkout. This information allows us to enter secured residential perimeters and prevents orders from being left at a gatehouse or unattended entry point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a business or secured residence?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a corporate office, we check for a front desk or mailroom that is authorized to accept deliveries. For secured apartments or homes, we attempt to contact the recipient via the phone number provided to arrange a safe drop-off location or neighbor hand-off. Including a direct phone number for the recipient reduces the chance of a failed delivery at gated properties or multi-tenant buildings.
